Paralegal Assistant

Immediate opening for paralegal assistant. You will work closely with licensed associates to coordinate client and IRS actions towards a successful resolution of the client tax liabilities. Requires good math skills, attention to details, ability to stay organized, and excellent telephone presence. Due to the specialized nature of our unique industry, we will train you on all the tax aspects of the job. However, you should bring to the table experience in the following areas: Microsoft Office, general computer skills, communication skills, experience in either bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, or cash handling and reporting. This position is paid hourly, with opportunity for bonuses available. This position contains opportunity for advancement to Associate for the right individual.

Licensed Associate

We are currently recruiting for an individual that is a licensed attorney in any jurisdiction in the United States OR an IRS Enrolled Agent OR an accountant with a CPA license granted by any state in the union. Whether you are a recent graduate looking to start your career, or a seasoned taxpayer representation professional, we have a place for you! Requires organization, attention to detail, good people skills, and a clear commitment to client service. You will be representing our clients in front of the IRS and state revenue authorities, negotiating resolutions on back tax debt. Due to the specialized nature of collections representation, we offer complete training for the right person. Sales Consultant

Are you an experienced, motivated, self-driven sales professional that is ready and able to learn a new industry? We are currently recruiting a highly selective group of experienced sales people that understand and employ the principles of needs-based selling for a unique training program to learn about the tax resolution industry. While this position does not require the attainment of tax licensure, you will learn in rapid fire fashion a significant amount of the information that you would need in order to pass Part III of the IRS licensing examination, which is the part that covers what we do on a day to day basis. You will use this new knowledge to properly analyze a taxpayer's unique situation in order to recommend solutions and services that meet their individual needs. If you are ready for a unique, challenging, and financially rewarding career helping other people fix a significant problem in their life, then we'd like to talk with you.
