Paralegal Assistant

Immediate opening for paralegal assistant. You will work closely with licensed associates to coordinate client and IRS actions towards a successful resolution of the client tax liabilities. Requires good math skills, attention to details, ability to stay organized, and excellent telephone presence. Due to the specialized nature of our unique industry, we will train you on all the tax aspects of the job. However, you should bring to the table experience in the following areas: Microsoft Office, general computer skills, communication skills, experience in either bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, or cash handling and reporting. This position is paid hourly, with opportunity for bonuses available. This position contains opportunity for advancement to Associate for the right individual.

Licensed Associate

We are currently recruiting for an individual that is a licensed attorney in any jurisdiction in the United States OR an IRS Enrolled Agent OR an accountant with a CPA license granted by any state in the union. Whether you are a recent graduate looking to start your career, or a seasoned taxpayer representation professional, we have a place for you! Requires organization, attention to detail, good people skills, and a clear commitment to client service. You will be represneting our clients in front of the IRS and state revenue authorities, negotiating resolutions on back tax debt. Due to the specialized nature of collections representation, we offer complete training for the right person.
